Home at last

So it is Thursday night...and we are just now finding the time to write the "we're back in the US" blog entry - and we have been stateside since Sunday. Sorry.
Anyways it was a fun visit in London. We raced to see Westminster Abbey, Big Ben & Buckingham Palace...and then raced back in time to be the last ones on the plane. Jeb loves the airplane ride, since you hold him the whole time...and the kids love the new movies on demand feature of British Airways.

We spent until Tuesday lunch at my sister's house, playing with the cousins. Jeb jumped right in, literally into the big, hamster ball thing. Although he is not a big fan yet of the big dogs in our family - it's kind of love/hate thing. We're working in it.

We got home to Wendell on Tuesday and have LOVED seeing our friends in the neighborhood and in the community!! Jeb has had fun meeting everyone, and even had day #1 in the pool today - and he loved it!! Jamie has started back teaching and coaching, Zeke had his 1st football practice tonight, Rayna starts dance next Wednesday...and we'll start the homeschool days soon. It's hard to guess which will be crazier, being in Zambia for over a month, or the 1st few weeks home! Regardless it has been an excellent opportunity for us to experience how much God loves us & how much HE loves Jeb.

  1. You are sneaky! I did not hear you take that photo! Boy! Zeke looks BIG in those pads! Hope he loves it as much as Sam does.
